Regular maintenance starts 1–2 weeks after your spring cleanup and continues until October 10th. During the cleanup, your lawn will be cut shorter than usual, to about 2–2.5"

We cannot accommodate specific day requests, as each neighborhood is assigned a pre-set day to minimize travel time. Lawn cutting takes place Monday through Thursday, with Friday reserved for rain delays

We’re happy to skip a scheduled cut if requested, but we do not offer refunds. Skipping increases the work required for the next visit and disrupts the weekly schedule that ensures reliable service. Spring cuts, which are more labour-intensive, also balance out the lighter effort required during the summer, making your weekly rate fair year-round.

Our team always starts with the back lawn to ensure full service. If your gate is locked, we won’t be able to complete your maintenance and will contact you to reschedule.

We offer bi-weekly mowing for a small upcharge. However, we recommend weekly service due to the unpredictable growth caused by weather and watering. You can switch to bi-weekly service later in the season if needed.

We maintain your lawn at a height of 2.5" to 3.5", depending on the season. This height promotes stronger roots, a thicker lawn, and better resistance to drought and disease.
