Our Lawn Cutting Process

Regular lawn maintenance begins 1–2 weeks after your spring cleanup and continues until mid-October. 

During the spring cleanup, lawns are cut slightly shorter than usual (around 2–2.5"). Ongoing maintenance cuts are typically kept at about 2.5–3" for healthy growth.

We’re unable to guarantee specific service days. 

Each neighbourhood is assigned a set service day to reduce travel time and keep pricing competitive. Lawn cutting is performed Monday through Thursday, with Fridays reserved for weather-related delays.

Yes, we can skip a scheduled cut if requested; however, refunds are not provided.
Skipping a visit often results in extra work during the next service and can disrupt our weekly schedule. Spring cuts require more effort, which helps balance out lighter summer visits and keeps pricing fair throughout the season.

We begin service with the backyard to ensure your entire property is maintained.
If a gate is locked or inaccessible, we won’t be able to complete your lawn maintenance for that visit.

Yes, bi-weekly lawn cutting is available.
However, we recommend weekly service due to unpredictable growth from weather and watering. You’re welcome to switch to bi-weekly service later in the season if needed.

We typically maintain lawns at a height of 2.5–3", depending on the time of season.
This cutting height encourages stronger root growth, a thicker lawn, and better resistance to drought and disease.
