Why do you mulch the yard and not bag?
Mulching is a default for most lawn care companies because it's environmentally friendly and is a natural fertilizer for your lawn. The largest concern a customer has about mulching is leftover grass clippings, we use a high-power push mower that uses an advanced mulching system that leaves close to zero traces of lawn clippings so there's no need to worry.
Could I choose the day you come out for our service?
Currently, we do lawn cutting Monday-Thursday. We have a pre-set day for each neighbourhood to lower travel time but if you have a special request we will do our best to comply with you.
What height will you cut my lawn?
We cut all lawns between 2.5-3.5″. By cutting the lawn at this height it will improve the root system, create a thicker lawn, and have a higher resistance to drought and disease.
Can I do bi-weekly cutting?
We do offer bi-weekly cutting to a smaller portion of our customers but it's at a slight up-charge. The reason why we mostly do weekly mowing is because we can't predict how fast each lawn is growing. During the summer we will have rainy weeks and dry weeks, also some customers will water their lawn during slow growing times. If you ever want to switch your plan from weekly to bi-weekly or vice versa you are able to.
