Spring Cleanup Packages

Spring cleanups begin once your lawn has dried enough to safely work on.
While uncommon, power raking may encounter soft areas early in the season and cause minor surface disturbance. This does not damage the root system, and with normal spring moisture and growth, the lawn typically recovers within a few days.

During your spring cleanup, we blow sand off sidewalks and driveways. Sand is not removed from the lawn itself, as the power rake is designed to remove thatch rather than sand.

Pine needles and pinecones cannot be effectively removed with a power rake or vacuum. Most needles and cones in the lawn area are collected during mowing. Those located in wood mulch or garden beds cannot be separated or removed.

Our team begins service with the backyard to ensure your entire property is maintained. If a gate is locked or inaccessible, we won’t be able to complete the service and will contact you to reschedule.
